General Policies and Rules

Mouldies' policies and rules are the common guidelines that create a safe, trusted and fair trading environment for all MOULDIES.COM members. To promote a safe and trusted trading environment, MOULDIES.COM enforces these polices and rules.

User agreement: This is the most important MOULDIES.COM policy and rule document. All members are responsible for reviewing and understanding Mouldies' policies and all applicable laws and regulations contained in this legal contract.

Rules for Everyone: General policies applying to all MOULDIES.COM members, Mouldies employees and MOULDIES.COM. This section includes rules that protect your privacy and your identity. Learn more about issues like the use of profanity, unsolicited email (spam) etc.

Prohibited and Restricted Items. Mouldies is meant to sale only dies & punches for ceramic tile. Still there are many items that are restricted to sell online at MOULDIES.COM, such as liquor, adult content/material, banned items such as ivory etc. even for any future expansion. Find out in our comprehensive list of banned and restricted items.

Keyword Spamming Policy. This policy is designed to restrict merchants not to abuse brand names as keywords in product listings to drive attention.

Links Policy – This policy is designed to restrict merchants to inappropriately add links in its product listings or online storefront to move traffic away from Mouldies.

Merchants are not eligible to be a part of the Mouldies affiliate program. Any direct or indirect association with an affiliate will be a violation of policy and lead to permanent suspension of the merchant’s account.

Rules about Intellectual Property. MOULDIES.COM has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations. Please notify us in case any violation has occurred without knowledge and we will take appropriate action as soon as possible.

Mouldies rules and policies are designed to:

  1. Minimize risks to both buyers and sellers.
  2. Support & follow government laws and regulations.
  3. Provide equal opportunity to all buyers and seller.
  4. Protect intellectual property rights.
  5. Keep privacy at top.
  6. Provide an enjoyable buying experience.
  7. Support the values of the MOULDIES.COM Community.

Violations of policy may result in a range of actions including:

  1. Listing / Membership / subscription cancellation or permanent termination.
  2. Store suspension / termination.
  3. Limits on account privileges.
  4. Account suspension / termination.
  5. Loss of Top Rated Merchant status.

Imposition of Penalty amount decided at sole discretion of Mouldies /Compensation for default.

Cash back points

Cash back points are loyalty points (as per offers / scheme by Mouldies which may vary time to time) that are credited to your Mouldies Account, every time you make a purchase in case of. One Cash back point is equivalent to INR 1. You can redeem these loyalty points on your next shopping at Mouldies (or as per instruction by Mouldies)

  1. How to Earn Cash back point?
    1. On listed Prepaid Orders, you earn cash back points as per the scheme / offer at that particular time for that particular product.
    2. You may also win Cash back points as part of our Contests or Promotions.
    3. In case of Cancellation/Return or Prepaid Orders made using Cash back points, your Refund will be credited in the form of Cash back points.
  2. How to Redeem Cash back points?
  3. Cash back points can be redeemed to make a purchase on Mouldies. You can also use Cash back points to make partial payment of the total order value. While placing the order, you can redeem the amount of Cash back points in your account on the Cart page.

  4. What is the Validity of Cash back points?
  5. Cash back points have an expiry date, which means that they will not be available after a fixed time period.

    In case of Refunds – Expiry / Validity of Cash back points in case of Refund of an Order where Cash back points have been used:

    1. If Cash back points with no expiry date are used for placing an order, the refunded Cash back points would also have unlimited validity but limited to validation of subscription plan.
    2. If the order has Cash back points with expiry date gone past by the time the refund is processed, the refunded Cash back points would have an expiry date of 15 days from the date of refund.
    3. If expiry date of the refunded Cash back points is less than 15 days at the time of refund, corresponding Cash back points will have an expiry date of 15 days.
    4. If expiry date of the refunded Cash back points is more than 15 days at the time of refund, corresponding Cash back points will have an expiry date same as earlier.
    5. Please note - Refund will be made in Cash back points, when correct banking details are not provided to us at the time of filing Return Request.
  6. How to check Cash back points Balance?
  7. My Cash back points section in (my account) has a clear record of all your orders/ transaction history. Check your Cash back point’s balance - (My Account/Cash back points).

  8. Terms & Conditions
    1. Cash back points can neither be exchanged for cash nor transferred.
    2. The usage of Cash back points is subjected to all terms & conditions including Mouldies' policies.
    3. TDS is applicable to customers whose earned Cash back points exceed the limit of Rs.10, 000 p.a. The credit shall be subject to customer submitting requisite documents, as desired by Mouldies or its accounting officer.
    4. Applicable only on selected products, Cash back points can be availed at the time of order payment.


Product listed in free subscription (Level -1) would remain Non Exclusive.

Product listed in Standard Subscription (Level -2) will remain Exclusive for 3 months for particular client & product (especially master punch / master punch design / matrix) once sold will be automatically deleted from product listing except that of history to the particular client / seller.

Product listed in Super premium (Level -3) & Overseas (Level - 4) will remain Exclusive for 6 months.

Master punch & its design / matrix will be sold to first come first serve basis to respective subscription categories. As soon as one will buy a product (master punch / design), it will be automatically removed from site (including cart if any)

Note: There might be multiple list of products having similar or slightly varied designs of Master punches from seller to seller at given point of time because of the common source of input as reference & lacking of copyright of product & Mouldies never guarantee about Pure exclusivity of any product listed by any seller / Freelancer.

Every seller has to follow above conditions of exclusivity strictly.

Security Tips for Safe Online Shopping with Mouldies!

  1. Beware of fraudulent (duplicate/unofficial) sites and fake offers, phishing & vishig attacks.
  2. Never share your Mouldies Account Details like Personal Details, Password, OTP or Credit/Debit Card Details with anyone on Call/Email or by any means, even if someone claims to be a Mouldies’ representative.
  3. We never ask you to deposit funds in any Bank Account.
  4. We never run any Contest with Cash Rewards or Lottery Prizes
