- Mouldies will ask few technical / informative data prior to final ordering which are compulsory to filled by buyer which will be converted into purchase order to Mouldies & its seller (which need not sign as this is online purchase order). Mouldies can sometimes show previous history or general data at this place, which need to be verified precisely by buyer. Any wrong information at this form will result into wrong product & Mouldies & its seller will not be responsible for the same.
- Easy Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Return/Replacement request for any Order should be submitted within max. 10 days of receiving the Product.
- Refund/Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving of the product to us.
- Replacement / rework will depend upon next delivery schedule from same seller.
- In case the product was damaged while in your possession, Mouldies will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement.
- Damaged/ Missing/ Empty Packages need to be returned within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Order Replacement can be done in following cases:
- Wrong Size/ quality/ Quantity.
- Missing Parts/ Accessories.
- Defective/ Damaged (if not under Manufacturer's Warranty*).
- Not as per description.
- Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip.
- Few products are Non-Returnable. Please refer to the product page for further reference.
- For Manufacturer’s Warranty Products, you are required to visit the Brand Service Centre.

Shipping Policy
Mouldies promises 'No Anxiety Shipping' for all the products that you order. We ensure this by bringing together critical elements of shipment such as Packaging, Timely Delivery, Order Status Updates and Support from our trusted Logistics Partners. So once you have placed an order, be rest assured, as we will look after everything. Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however; actual delivery depends upon production of the product with the sellers, your shipping address, etc. We have collaborated with top Courier and Logistics Partners to assure that you receive your order on time. Each order is usually processed within 48 hours and we update you at every step, i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. Cancellation Policy
Mouldies ensures that your order is safely delivered to you within the promised delivery timeline. Since every order is specially produced from our seller, we don’t entertain any cancellation of order once raised. However, if you have ordered a wrong you may cancel the order through your Mouldies Account within 2 hour from your confirmed order.
Please Note:
- If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is being processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY MOULDIES
Under some rare situations, Mouldies or any of our sellers can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –
- In case production is not possible by some reason with the seller
- Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount.
- Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
- Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's documentations / License / Business certificates / Address.
- Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers of the *Order Transfer Marketplace.
*In case of order cancellation by a seller in case of production is not possible, we would transfer your order to another seller, who can fulfill your requirement. If your order is not fulfilled by any of our seller after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you at your registered email address if an order cancellation happens due to any reason. Return/Replacement Policy
We consistently work towards the protection of our customer's interest. Hence, we offer you an easy and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable as per our policy.
- You can place a Return request within 10 days of order delivery with valid reason.
- However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, buyer must not accept the same during delivery & in worst case Return request should be filed within max. 7 days of delivery.
- Return request will be reviewed by Mouldies, if required will conduct personal / third party technical visit for review & inspection.
- If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her approval.
- After approval, pickup of the product will be arranged through our courier partners wherever applicable.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available on your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. Mouldies will reimburse the courier charges in case applicable.
- Cash back points if any for the product, which is supposed to be return, will be debited from wallet.
- Mouldies suggest for demo (pvc sheet) prior to actual production of master punch for any new design (buyer need to fully pay for the product along with cost of demo for booking) to avoid any losses for both buyer & seller.
- Mouldies suggest buying single cavity (of rubber punch) for any new design (master punch) prior to order multiple cavities so as to avoid any losses of buyer as well as sellers.
- In case if Master punch & rubber punch suppliers for a particular product / design is not same & if any technical problem In master punch is being observed after delivery, the repairing cost of master punch would be bearded by seller but repairing / recoating charge of rubber punch have to be paid by buyer.
- After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the production & delivery schedule with the respective merchant.
